Dominvs Group has secured planning permission for 100 Church Street development in Enfield Town Centre.
Designed by Maccreanor Lavington, the scheme will provide 78 new homes, amenity spaces, landscaped areas for tree planting to maximise green space, and a green roof.
The development will also include a dedicated communal play space for children and families in the development. The scheme includes ample bike parking facilities as well as new direct pedestrian access for the local community to New River through the site.
Construction of the development will start later in 2022, and is one of three Dominvs Group projects in the Borough of Enfield.
