• An innovative approach involves introducing a new façade and tactful extension by two stories to both Gray’s Inn Road and Acton Street addresses.

• The refurbishment, skillfully crafted by Haptic Architects, will bring forth modern residential units and commercial spaces.
• This venture seeks to repurpose an underutilized and antiquated edifice into a dynamic mixed-use development, aligning with the contemporary needs of the area.

Former Tenancy

• Previously housing the Bupa Centre until autumn 2023, the existing 8-storey building is now set for revitalization under Beltane's vision.
