Completion: Q1/Q2 2025 - Q4 2025 / Q1 2026 (two phases).
Wembley Park is home to this large development project right along Fulton Road. It is also known as one of the most important pieces in a series of larger-scale works around Wembley Stadium and SSE Arena (Wembley Arena). Some Grammy artists have already performed here at Wembley Stadium since its opening in 2007! And from 2014 right up until just last year, it has belonged to a new company completely - but things are still getting better with every year, thanks in part to increased commercial development for both retail and offices. If you live here, you’re close to parks to walk through, stores, places to eat, and there are lots of things to do. And the Wembley Park Underground station means that it’s quick and easy to get into central London, which is great if you’re going to work, and makes these homes very popular.
We are in Zone 4 if you look at a map, so you get the best of both worlds: it’s easy to get around town, but there are also parks and a city feel. The River Brent Walking Trail and Fryent Country Park are close at hand, so it’s easy to stay out in the fresh air and keep fit. Ongoing improvements and additions to roads and transport have made Wembley Park one of the best places to live for years to come, which should keep property values strong.
This new development will provide 876 modern apartments and buildings that will change the profile of Wembley Park. The plan includes gardens, walking paths, and a new park by the water. It is also environmentally friendly with these two goals in mind: living well and living with others. There are many facilities, such as a daycare, gym, pool, movie room, lounges, co-working spaces on the rooftop terraces, and shops. So everything is here for living.
Apartments are of a modern design with efficient use of space, and use good materials. The open layouts and the large windows give the apartments a light and convenient look. The building designs are shown by the photographs, as is the context of the buildings and the workmanship. All these help to make it more than just an apartment building; it is a place to live.
You can now buy homes in the Wembley Park area of London. The prices are based on how large the project is, what facilities are available, and how easy it is to get around. This makes it a good investment opportunity for those who want their own top-quality residence in London with good transportation links. Young professionals, families, and those who come from other countries want to live here, so it is very easy to rent out apartments. And the improvements happening in Wembley Park should also help to keep property values high.
So if and when you buy an apartment here, you get professional property management, long-term warranties (provided), and good maintenance. The overall plan with shops and recreation as well as green spaces helps to keep the apartments in an active occupancy state, and so property values there are steady too. The project is investment-grade, with good design, environmental planning, and easy transport all rolled into one package in North-West London.

Exciting developments continue at the Fulton & Fifth development site in Wembley, Greater London HA9.
New photos showcase the ongoing construction progress of this project, which will deliver 294 new homes for residents of the borough. Notably, 118 of these apartments will be offered at London Living Rent, providing affordable housing options for the community.
Brent Council representatives recently visited the site to witness firsthand the advancements in construction. With 176 additional homes planned, Fulton & Fifth promises to be a significant addition to the housing landscape of Wembley. Stay tuned for further updates as the project progresses.
Regal London has announced a significant £85m collaboration with Brent Council at their Wembley project, Fulton & Fifth. In a bid to boost the availability of affordable housing, the council has committed to buying 294 units from this development, which are set to be completed by 2026.
The scheme in east Wembley will offer 876 homes in total. Thanks to this deal, 40% of these will be affordable homes for local people.
The affordable homes will have one to three bedrooms. This is great for the local community as Brent is working hard to solve the housing problem, with over 26,000 households waiting for council homes.
Fulton & Fifth isn't just about homes though. It will also have shops, cafés, workspaces, and public spaces. It's part of Brent’s plan for a “green corridor”: a park that will connect Seven Acre Park and Brent River Park. Regal London is also improving the local Wealdstone Brook to make a nice walkway.
Marc Eden, Investment Director, Regal London, said: “We are pleased to be playing a role in delivering Brent’s local housing needs. The allocation of affordable homes at Fulton & Fifth is a true testament to the council’s commitment to understanding the needs of its people. What we’re offering in terms of live, work and play at the site is going to set a new benchmark for the area and we look forward to welcoming everyone home in the coming years.”
Councillor Promise Knight, Cabinet Member for Housing, Homelessness and Renters’ Security, London Borough of Brent, commented: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Regal London on this venture. We are committed to creating more affordable homes for Brent residents. The 294 affordable homes in this development are part of that commitment. Residents deserve to live in a borough that is not only fairer and more equal, but greener and more sustainable, and this was at the heart of what Brent planners set out to achieve with Regal London.”
Blake Loveless, Head of Value-Add Investments, LaSalle, said: “Fulton & Fifth demonstrates how developers and councils can work together to provide much-needed affordable housing. We are grateful to be working with the council to help fulfil its broader mission and meet its targets.”
