Living in Chipstead

Flanked by the open countryside of the North Downs, the village of Chipstead is a prosperous, pastoral community, made up of elegant tree-lined streets and meandering country lanes. The village is dotted with such attractive sights as the beautiful Norman church of St Margaret’s; the pretty waters of Elmore Pond and a 24-acre stretch of public parkland known as The Meads.

A strong community spirit extends to a multitude of local sports clubs, including: bowls; cricket; football; rugby and tennis. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of excellent golf courses and ramblers can enjoy miles of public footpaths and countryside trails.
