The development, known as Landmark Pinnacle, is a 75-storey residential tower of 985 apartments. The building is also known to be one of Europe's tallest residential buildings and has 360-degree views of the River Thames, Canary Wharf skyline, and surrounding docklands. The houses are stacked in a columnar formation, which has been conceived to optimise views, daylight, and spatial economy through all levels.
The development is composed of studio, two and three-bedroom apartments, with all one-bedroom units now sold out. Internal design is attuned to long-term residential use, with abundant glazing and clear definition between living and sleeping spaces. All of the buildings are part of a controlled vertical community as opposed to free-standing, ensuring uniformity in planning and building activities.
Five levels of bespoke resident amenities are integrated within the building, a fundamental part of the complete tapestry. The amenities comprise a fully appointed gym, private cinema rooms, social lounges, opulent dining settings with Wi-Fi zones, and outdoor garden lounges. There are also two double-height roof terraces that provide high-level outside space with views of London, providing a unique amenity in the residential sector.
Other amenities are a concierge, coworking spaces, a nursery, and access control. Public and shared spaces are designed to cater to both work and leisure modes of living, including chill-out zones and fitness amenities on the amenity floors. Official photo materials showcase uniform interior finishes and common space design throughout the building.
Apartments are available to buy now with prices starting at £550,000, based on the type of apartment and its size. Price The price point reflects the size of the building, its proximity to Canary Wharf, and extensive resident amenities. On the buy-side, a buyer looking at the opportunity is looking at a completed high-rise property instead of an incremental construction program, meaning less risk in terms of delivery.
The new offering is directed at buyers looking for a well-located asset with good long-term fundamentals. Purchase options in this tower are attractive to owner-occupiers, and also investors enticed by the demand underwritten by Canary Wharf's employment density. This location, high-rise residential building, and amenity offering help to ensure long-term interest in the east London market.
