Architecture
Unified by their architecture, The Landmark Pinnacle and Landmark are connected by waterfront pedestrian routes that also extend established public spaces to promote animation at the waterside. This includes a café, planting and a new sloping rooftop garden named Pinnacle Park.
At 75 floors, Landmark Pinnacle will boast the highest homes in Europe and will be the tallest residential tower in Western Europe.
No other homes have as many uninterrupted views both westward down the River Thames across the entire city and eastward over the docks to the Thames Barrier and beyond. This position provides each of the 985 apartments with the kind of 360-degree views you would only otherwise be treated to in an airplane!
Location
Located at the western end of South West India Dock, the tower is directly adjacent to The Landmark – a residential collection of four buildings rising to 44 storeys and set around a landscaped podium completed by Chalegrove in 2010.
Amenities
Behind the stainless-steel and double-glazed glass façade lies one of the largest resident’s amenity spaces in London! Spread across five floors, with three of these floors fully dedicated to amenities: residents can enjoy a cinema, lounges, gymnasium, dining rooms, children’s play areas, landscaped gardens and to top it off two double height roof terraces crown the building, acting as an illuminated marker at night.
Spanning five floor plates, Landmark Pinnacle’s amenities are unique in London and provide residents an unparalleled experience.
A double-glazed façade provides a skin behind which all apartments enjoy private winter gardens, as well as three full floors of shared amenity spaces including a residents lounge, cinema, landscaped roof gardens, gymnasium, dining rooms and children’s play areas. Two double height roof terraces crown the building, acting as an illuminated marker at night.
Using the highest quality furnishings and fittings, every element has been carefully considered and selected to create a design that is elegant, superior, cohesive and consistent.
We have created an automatic ranking system for new-build homes in London based on several critical features around the development, like schools, parks, and transport infrastructure.
We have developed this new analytical tool to calculate the scores based on the location data. Note that AutoScore values are not set by us or anyone else – everything happens automatically.
