Park Avenue Place

Park Avenue Place, located in the London Borough of Lewisham, is Galliard Homes' latest project. Following the success of our sold-out Seagar Distillery development, we are delighted to continue regenerating the area of Deptford.

Cyclists can make use of Cycleway 10 (formally known as Quietway 1) which starts in Greenwich, passes through Deptford, and leads all the way to Waterloo.
