Historic Riverside Home at Battersea Power Station

Battersea Roof Gardens and Prospect Place are part of one of London’s newest residential neighbourhoods at Battersea Power Station, a 42-acre riverside estate around the Grade II* listed landmark on the banks of the River Thames. The masterplan will give 450 metres of river front and direct access to landscaped public spaces such as Prospect Park and the six-acre Power Station Park. Architectural Identity and Residential Design

The residences - designed by Pritzker winners Foster + Partners and Gehry Partners, both internationally renowned architectural practices commissioned to establish much of Electric Boulevard. At Battersea Roof Gardens, dramatic contemporary lines of broad glass face the river; Prospect Place combines sculptural façades with unique winter garden pods that punctuate the elevations. Each building speaks its own language whilst paying homage to the heritage character of the Power Station.

Battersea Roof Gardens has two curated interior palettes, inspired by the Turbine Hall and Control Room respectively, featuring engineered wood flooring, bespoke joinery, and integrated Siemens appliances. Prospect Place comes with London and LA-inspired interior design, with oak or metallic finishes, honed Silestone worktops, European oak flooring, and high-specification bathrooms complete with premium brassware. The core residential specification includes underfloor heating, comfort cooling, video entry systems, and 24-hour estate security.

Lifestyle Infrastructure and Resident Amenities

Among the common facilities spread across the 14th and 15th floors of Battersea Roof Gardens is a private Sky Lounge with an expansive 8,350 sq ft featuring a sunset bar, cinema room, co-working spaces, private dining rooms, and a gym as standard.
