This development provides spacious floor areas, with the largest measuring up to 33,000 square feet. Additionally, the building features openable windows, allowing for natural ventilation. Northwood Investors, the project's developer, is committed to delivering Covent Garden's largest office complex. The workspace will span 240,000 square feet, with an additional 20,000 square feet allocated for amenities and retail spaces.
