Echlin’s joint venture with the management company representing the freehold interest in 36 leaseholders has been realized with an intense financing exercise that was conducted to obtain a particularly advantageous planning consent. 

The develop project involves the construction of a 2-storey rooftop extension to an existing building. The new extension, designed by Echlin, will effectively increase the levels in the block from the current layout of 5 storeys, to 7 storeys. It will house seven new apartments, giving the total rooftop area to a massive 7,000 square feet.
