Queens Quarter

Queen’s Quarter will be a neighbourhood of thoughtfully designed homes connecting with The Queen’s Gardens for a new, inclusive Croydon community. L&Q will provide new homes through Shared Ownership built to a high specification in an area going through regeneration. Each home will be designed to maximise use of space with open plan living areas provide flexible living spaces which open on to a private balcony.

Once complete, Queen’s Quarter will play a key role in the regeneration of the area. Croydon is undergoing a huge transformation, with plans for a new Westfield shopping centre, directly north of Queen’s Quarter. Once complete the shopping centre will add to the current list of attractions which Croydon has to offer.

Regular services provide direct access into Victoria and London Bridge which in turn link to the London Underground networks.

For local travel, There are three tram routes available adjacent to the site which provide useful links from Croydon to Elmers End, Croydon to Beckenham Junction and Wimbledon to New Addington.
