April 2016: Conservation Area Consent approved for the demolition and redevelopment behind retained street facades of Nos 54 and 55-57 Great Marlborough Street.

The development will incorporate a new seven storey building comprising basement and ground floor level retail/communal services units and residential accommodation, including green roof installations.

Brickmakers Yard is due to complete in 2024, offering the pinnacle of luxury living in one of London's most sought-after locales.
