Grainger and TFL deliver 351 new homes

2 minutes
Developer Grainger and Transport for London (TFL) will deliver 351 homes (40% affordable housing) in Cockfosters, North London.

The joint venture Connected Living London (CLL) has received the green light for the new development.

Four residential buildings will comprise the new apartments of different tenures, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.

Various families will benefit from the new homes in Cockfosters. The affordable apartments will offer a discount against the open market rental rates, but all residents will enjoy the on-site facilities, including the gym and staff team.

Mike Keaveney at Grainger highlights the importance of the new development in Cockfosters, North London. The developer will deliver new quality homes in a favourable location that benefit both the residents and the local community.

The new development is not the first approved scheme for CLL. For instance, CLL got the green light for 460 new rental homes in Southall in Autumn 2020 or 479 new rental homes in Lambeth in April 2021.

CLL schemes will deliver more than 1,400 new rental homes in London, with each scheme comprising 40% of affordable housing. In addition to the residential space, the partnership will deliver industrial and commercial workspace and new infrastructure for the wider community.
