New Homes at Royal Eden Docks
Local families in housing need and working Londoners looking to step on the property ladder can purchase new homes at the new phase of the East London development.
As a whole, Royal Eden Docks is set for completion in the second quarter (Q2) 2024.
According to One Housing, the new building will achieve and exceed several sustainability goals for new property developments.
One Housing says the building will save around 430 tonnes of carbon per year. Moreover, each flat will emit 54% less carbon into the environment against a similar home with the «minimum national standards».
Resident at Royal Eden Docks will benefit from the energy-efficient features in each flat. The features include energy-efficient lighting throughout the flats and meters to control electricity and water consumption.
